New Client FYI
Here are a few things to know prior to your initial visit:
1- Read the policy for missed appointments. If you do not come to your scheduled appointment I cannot make up for the lost time. THERE IS A $25 SCHEDULING FEE that will be refunded at your first appointment or after your series is complete. Please make the check out to Margie Jankowski LLC and mail to:

I WILL NOT CASH THE CHECK UNLESS YOU DO NOT SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT!
2- Silence, turn off your phone, or better yet, leave it in the car.
3- Remove all jewelry prior to your appointment. Also, please do not use deodorant or perfume.
4- Fill out the New Client intake form on my website under Helpful Forms, print out and bring it along or come in 10 minutes early to fill it out.
5- It is always better to show up early vs late, as we may be on a tight schedule and do not want you to receive a shortened session if you get lost or cannot locate us.
6- You need to be very hydrated before your appointment.
7- Please do not bring infants or small children to your appointment. This is YOU time! Our office cannot accommodate children.
8- Regarding the issue of how to tip: The customary gratuity for your massage is on the regular fee, 15-20%, similar to that of wait staff service. TIPPING IS MUCH APPRECIATED!
9-Let your therapist know when you are scheduling if you would like the aromatherapy with your session/treatment for an additional $5.00.
